Spring 2020 Leadership Program
Foundations of Leadership - Everyday Leadership for Everyone
Everyone is a leader – we’re all influencing one another all the time. Whether you are a groundskeeper, an administrator, a faculty member, or a chef, your everyday actions impact the University community and you lead in ways both large and small. Discover and cultivate your innate leadership skills through this semester-long program where we will study aspects of leadership and reflect upon how our leadership behaviors can positively influence our workplace.
Cost
This leadership development program is free to university employees. All materials will be provided. Commitment
Leadership development requires time and commitment. Successful completion of this program requires participation in eight 75 minute face-to-face class sessions plus completion of 2 to 3 hours of out-of-class activities for each session. Program Schedule

This program, which has been endorsed by President’s Council and developed by the One Francis Committee, is presented as the first in a series of leadership development opportunities for University employees. The series is designed to enhance institutional mission and individual effectiveness.
